Persol heads back to Dakar to support the Lucky Explorer Racing Team.
Two international icons of Italian motor culture, with a shared vision – between the 31 st of December 2022 and the 15th of January 2023, Persol and Lucky Explorer will face one of the world’s most intimidating off-road races with their eyes set on riding the least-travelled terrain.
The team Piloting the team’s ambitions through rock, sand and the unrelenting emptiness of the Saudi Arabian desert, Ottavio Missoni Jr. – whose lifetime passion has always been exploring uncharted territories on two wheels and collecting them – makes his Dakar début in the Rally2 category alongside seasoned dust rider and four times Dakar participant, Cesare Zacchetti in the Original category by Motul.
