Three managers will lead the Marseilles-based company Jean-François Rey: Walter Pirinoli, Dan Levi and Ralf Kmoch. The transfer of ownership was decided some months ago, following long and careful analysis, by the founder himself – Jean-François Rey – and will guarantee ongoing adherence to the origins and structure of the company.

Joëlle and Jean-François Rey will continue to manage and support the design team, a fundamental move to prepare the company for future challenges, while maintaining the iconic concept of design and colours, and guaranteeing continuity of the company business.

"I am deeply convinced that the steps taken will prove the best in continuing the success story of the Maison Jean-François Rey which we have developed together, in order that my legacy and contribution remain substantial also in the future”, stated the honorary chairman Jean-François Rey.

"We feel extremely honoured that Joëlle and Jean-François accepted our proposal while understanding our honest and professional business method. We can, therefore, guarantee a judicious evolution, maintaining the company’s core values”, commented the new CEO, Walter Pirinoli.
