MITA adds bio blue block lenses to its collection
One year after its launch, MITA adds to the current collection some optical frames with the bio blue block lenses.
One color of each optical style is available with lenses treated with this special technology that protects our eyes from the harmful rays coming from electronic devices such as computers and smartphones to which we are subjected every day.
All MITA frames are made from recycled and recyclable materials: plastic made from PET bottles and recycled aluminum. Also, the demo lenses - including the blue block ones - are biodegradable as well as components and the packaging.
The choice to include the bio blue block lenses represents a further confirmation of the brand's commitment to sustainability, but also to people's well-being.
Through its collection MITA, therefore, offers modern shapes in line with the most current fashion trends.
Among the women's frames, the MIO1001 style with a wide elongated cat-shaped of ‘50s inspiration, presents the blue block lenses in the matt red version with havana temples, as well as the two metal proposals, the MIO1014, with an oversized square shape in recycled aluminum and titanium and matte red wine color variant, and the MIO1011, a classic steel double bridge in the light gunmetal double tone finish.
For men too, there are silhouettes of clear vintage inspiration, revisited thanks to the use of highly innovative materials. An example of this is the MIO1004 style: a squared shape with a thin metal bridge and the iconic element on the hinge that recalls the “I” of MITA, offered with blue block lenses in the matt denim blue color.
Same features but matte grey and dark havana temples for the MIO1010 model, which differs from the previous one for a more classic rectangular cut and the absence of the metal top bar. And again, the MIO1016, a rounded front without bridge in aluminum and titanium, has the blue block lenses in the double-tone gunmetal version.
