MIDday Talks: structured and sustainable lightness in design
Bauhaus philosophy is making a comeback: simplicity as the core element, the marriage of form and function, beauty and utility.
The "less is more" principle: during today's MIDday TALKS, designer Ico Migliore, an expert in the field, took a deep dive into the topic of "structured and sustainable lightness". Together with Francesco Morace, he explained the challenges today’s designers face - from sustainability to functionality, from style to beauty. He said he considers eyewear a micro-architecture that complements the face, and must highlight the authenticity of the wearer's personality and offers a better view of the world.
