The Board of Directors of Italia Independent Group S.p.A. delegated the Chief Executive Officer Marco Cordeddu to initiate the capital increase for a total of EUR 7.8 million (of which EUR 4 million already paid in by the reference shareholders Lapo Elkann and Creative Ventures Srl) in execution of the resolution passed at the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 4 March 2020.
The capital increase shall be completed by 31 March 2021.
The next meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for Monday, 18 January 2021, to define the necessary steps (procedures, terms and conditions, including the issue price and number of shares to be issued) for the execution of the capital increase.
