“Vision and Wellness: the perfect balance”, the first training meetings organized by BBGR Italia for the brand Galileo, have been a great success.
More than 100 vision professionals took part in the meetings in Turin (June 17th) and Milan (June 24th), where the strict connection between sight and posture was accurately analyzed.
The interesting speech held by Professor Stefano Ricchetti – posturology expert- outlined the right behaviors that must be adopted in order to avoid altering the body functions and to reactivate the correct interconnection between balance – posture – vision. These often are the real cause of ailments that threaten the quality of life. A wrong posture and vision can, indeed, alter the wellness of any individual.
In addition, different stands were set up to allow opticians to learn more about all the new ophthalmic products by Galileo - alteo™, the new premium progressive lens, and BluV® Xpert, material that totally blocks UV rays and eliminates harmful blue light – and to see with their own eyes the new Transitions™ demonstrators presented by local brands.
Also, there was a showroom dedicated to optical tools where the participants could try Galileo video-centering systems - EyePerformance 4.0, Eye Partner and M’Eye Fit Mirror- and live the consumer purchase experience through the journey created with visual education modular walls, available for all the opticians that are partners with Galileo.
In order to inform their customers and become their trustworthy wellness advisors, it is extremely important for optical centers to be constantly updated about the technological product innovations and the recent scientific researches in fields that are closely related to the optical and ophthalmic world . This is the ultimate goal of the training events organized by the company, which wants to support its optician partners to develop their business.
