Callisto Fedon is now also CEO of Giorgio Fedon & Figli

The Board of Directors of Giorgio Fedon & Figli has appointed the Chairman Callisto Fedon as CEO with the relevant powers of management of the company with the exclusion of specific functions reserved by law, articles of association or resolutions, to the Company’s Board of Directors.

Following this appointment, Dr. Callisto Fedon assumes the role of Chairman and CEO of Giorgio Fedon & Figlio S.p.A.

The Board of Directors has also verified and assessed the possession of the independence requirements of Directors Giancarla Agnoli, Monica De Pellegrini and Monica Lacedelli.

Finally, the Board of Directors has also confirmed Caterina De Bernardo as Senior Manager responsible for the drafting of corporate accounting documents and as Secretary of the same Board.
