The return of Ancient Egyptian splendor

During New York Fashion Week, The Blonds, one of the designer duos that are most popular with the stars, presented a collection inspired by Ancient Egypt. Held at Made in Milk Studios, New York City, the sparkling, evocative show was attended by such stars as Bette Midler, Kelly Osbourne, Nigel Barker and many other celebrities. Famous for their extremely original and totally handmade costumes, The Blonds used over 172,000 lead-free Bohemia crystals by Preciosa to embellish their clothes. It is not the first time that the duo has used these crystals: on various occasions their unmistakable brilliance have been a feature of the look of Hollywood artists like Madonna, Fergie and, more recently, Miley Cyrus at the MTV VMA.
