Sou Fujimoto architecture inspires Akris

Directed by Albert Kriemler, the Spring/Summer 2016 collection by Swiss brand Akris was presented last month in Paris in collaboration with renowned Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto. Kriemler explained that, “there are architects whose vision is very close to fashion design – in fact it is about creating something that places the body in relation to the space surrounding it, enabling it to live comfortably. Sou is an architect who understands that we have other senses in addition to pure sight”. The backdrop was a copy of House N by Fujimoto which stood out above the runway.
