“RAINBOW COLOR-BLOCK” BY OXYDO

The designer eyewear brand presents new S/S 2015 collection Oxydo, the designer eyewear brand dedicated to young and creative consumers, was chosen by Pitti Immagine to take part in POP-EYE, a special space devoted to eyewear from January 13 through 16 as part of Pitti Uomo 87 in Florence. Oxydo is a new brand with an independent flavor and a strong personality that interprets the fashion accessory in unusual shapes and colors. Its eyewear collections are in styles that now identify the brand: innovative, unconventional, minimalist design, essential, contemporary taste and a revolutionary approach to color. Oxydo sunglasses and optical frames alternate bold and light shapes, mixed materials, refined details like the customized logo "tattooed" on the end piece of the right temple, and the iconic "step hinge" that creates a space between the temple and front. Nuances are used to write color stories in the collection. Every model comes in four hues with different finishes: eminent black, remarkable Havana, nude tone and instant color, which interprets the trends of the moment. At Pitti Immagine Oxydo will present a preview of the new S/S 2015 collection featuring "Rainbow Color-Block": new and surprising color combinations, contrasting materials and transparency. Oxydo is also close to the world of contemporary art and every year produces a Collectors' Capsule Collection dedicated to more alternative and sophisticated collectors. Launched in 2014, the first collection was the outcome of a meeting between OXYDO and Dutch artist Sigrid Calon. In the Trends Pavilion at Mido in March 2015, Oxydo will launch the next Capsule.
