Nonconformist charm

Nonconformist charm

The two artists who worked behind the scenes on Malloni’s Fall/Winter 2015/16 collection are Italian: photographer Emilio Tini and stylist Simone Guidarelli. The campaign conveys the atelier’s new vision in an asymmetric underground story, at times hipster or surprisingly bon-ton and sensitive to a woman’s shape. Even the choice of location – Milan’s Triennale, the first Italian museum dedicated to design – contextualizes the story in an important example of Italian manufacture. Stairways, empty surfaces, assemblies, colors, transparencies provide the backdrop for Malloni’s nonconformist charm.
