Open until October 11 at MAC, Museo de Arte Contemporáneo, Lima (Peru), The Universal Language of Italian Design is a Golden Compass exhibition of the products awarded at the 23rd edition and an historical overview of the editions since 1954. Coordinated by Giovanna Talocci, with staging project by Luisa Bocchietto and graphic coordination by Andrea Rovatti, the exhibition is promoted during the Anno d'Italia in America Latina initiative by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ICE – the agency for the promotion and internationalization of Italian companies abroad - in collaboration with ADI. The historical section of the exhibition includes six of the items that won during the sixty years of the Award, one for each decade, as well as a series of films made by RAI Teche, which contextualize Italian production in the social scenario of every decade.
