CERTOTTICA AND DOLOMITICERT BELIEVE IN YOUNG PEOPLE
The certification institutes in Longarone have hired 4 professionals, bringing the number of young people from the Belluno area to over 40 Certottica and Dolomiticert believe in Matteo Renzi's Jobs Act and have hired 4 young people from the Belluno area on a permanent basis: the Longarone institutes have always counted on the territory's excellences and at the start of this new year staff will include over 40 local people. Certottica has hired 3 laboratory technicians: two young women from Feltre who graduated in chemistry from Padua University, and one Trento University engineering graduate from Padua. The Dolomiticert team has been joined by a law graduate from Padua who will handle the Europroject Area. Promoted by Luigino Boito, General Manager, in agreement with the President, Floriano Pra, it was a bold step at this time of crisis because the future of the social security (INPS) incentives envisaged by the Premier's reform is not very clear: "We must have confidence in our young people" – top management stated – "If every entity committed to believing in them, it would boost the injection of confidence that our economy badly needs. Certottica and Dolomiticert now employ about 44 graduates from all over the province. We made this decision because we believe that the three new employees will bring tangible benefits, even though we fear that at European level the three-year social security breaks will one day be declared unfair competition. Apropos of this, we have set up a reserve fund to protect our companies and employees." The Longarone institutes' Board of Directors congratulated the three new "recruits" and hope that their numbers will increase.
