
X-ide protagonist at major sporting events
After its huge success in 2007 - a year that also saw the Cadorna-based company take a successful part in various events such as the Tour of Italy, the Yachting Tour and numerous Italy Cup finals - it is now taking up new sporting challenges.
The company's interest in football cups has been reconfirmed for 2008 with a considerable commitment to various UEFA Cup and Italy Cup games.The next appointment is on Wednesday, January 16, when the X-IDE brand will be displayed during the televising of the Rome-Turin game on the LA 7 channel at 20.45.
Huge visibility for the X-IDE brand also on the snow: already present at the various men's Super G, Free-Style Descent and Giant and Special Slalom events at Val Gardena, Alta Badia, Bormio and Adelboden, for this winter season Immagine Eyewear has decided to target the great White Circus by also taking part in the women's World Ski Cup.
X-IDE will be present on many dates, beginning with next weekend against the splendid backdrop of Cortina for the women's Super Giant and Free-Style Descent. February 9 and 10 it will be at Sestriere and in March it will be taking part in the men's Special and Giant Slalom races at Kranjska Gora-Slovenia.
Last December, Immagine Eyewear's huge passion for winter sports led to the launch of Gattiger, the first frames with the X-IDE label created specifically for those who enjoy this kind of activity. Thanks to the frame's excellent performance and perfect grip while skiing, Gattiger was an immediate success with sector operators and it was adopted by numerous skiing instructors and professionals in Cortina.
