Transitions Optical: new marketing manager for 'EMEA' area

Caroline TikhomiroffCaroline Tikhomiroff is the new marketing manager for the EMEA area at Transitions Optical. The appointment is effective from February and she will be in charge of developing marketing in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

A graduate from the ESSEC School of Management in France, Tikhomiroff joined Transitions Optical from L'Oréal's Luxury Product Division, where she was CIS Marketing Manager, and from Nestlé Russia, where she was Group Manager for three years.

Caroline Tikhomiroff's appointment is an important step in Transitions Optical's development strategy. Her twenty-year experience in the commercial sector and 10 years in managerial roles in marketing and market development is a key factor for achieving Transitions' objectives.

'I am very pleased to lead Transitions Optical toward new targets in 2008 and beyond', Caroline Tikhomiroff commented. 'The first important stage is the upcoming new television campaign which is one of the essential tools for continuing to promote increased consumer attention to sight problems and vision wellbeing'.
