Rudy Project: podium at 32nd tour of Germany
Another thrilling adventure for Rudy Project, this time in the saddle with cycling champion Linus Gerdemann who achieved the first step on the podium at the 32nd tour of Germany.
The formidable Linus of Team Colombia, who won by 1'17' and crossed the finishing line in fourth place at the end of the 34 km, successfully defended the yellow jersey to win the tour overall.
In the first important success of his career, Gerdemann was ahead of the general classification with a 30' advantage over team-mate Thomas Loevkvist from Sweden, who fell in the finals and crossed the finishing line in sixth place.
Huge satisfaction for the Veneto company which is the leader in the production of technical eyewear. With its revolutionary model Exowind it made an important contribution to the success of the 26-year-old German. He succeeded fellow countryman Jens Voigt in the roll of honor when he won the race which, along with the Grand Boucle, is the most important to him and has made him the 'new man' of German cycling in the Great Tours.
