Maui Jim® protects the environment

The brochures and catalogs for the 2008 collection by Maui Jim®, with the Technicolor presentation of its complete range of over 70 types of glasses, were produced using recycled paper to emphasize the company's minimum impact on the environment.

By using recycled paper the company has prevented the destruction of 605 trees just for the brochures, 63 for the catalogs, 31 for the corporate gift manual, 16 for the golfing brochure and even 3 for the accessories guide.

Over 260,000 gallons of water have been saved by using more efficient paper production techniques and the level of solid waste has been reduced by 43,300 pounds. Maui Jim is putting every effort into protecting and enhancing the environment that its clients see so clearly.
