Italian Style at Artistic Craft Fair in Feltre

The 22nd Mostra Regionale dell'Artigianato - 'Iron and wood, energy from the mountains, the breath of Nature' opened at 5.30pm today.

Against the backdrop of the Renaissance citadel, the 22nd Regional Craft Fair is held in the evocative entrance halls and rooms of the 16th century buildings in the historical center of Feltre.

In the citadel's streets and squares during the July 3 through 6 event there will be exhibition areas, but visitors can also enjoy meals, listen to music, admire the costumes of folklore groups, watch theatre performances and those by storytellers and marionettes, and have free entry to the city's museums.

The four days of the event are dedicated to all types of artisan skills and the two materials that characterize this edition: wood and iron, Nature's resources and Man's creativity.

Italian Style will also be at the Fair. The live demonstrations of how objects are made will include the acetate eyewear in the Nouvelle Vague line.
