Conclusion of capital increase for OA Group S.p.A.

The increase included a significant subscription premium for about 1,500 shares for holders who had demonstrated their faith in the company's programs.

On the basis of future projects, it is possible that OA Group S.p.A. might seek additional financial resources through new capital increases.

Chief executive Carlo Vannucci said 'We are pleased about the faith all our shareholders', 'large' and 'small', have had in us. Their strength is also ours, as the newly concluded operation has demonstrated once again'.
