Transitions Optical at Mido 2006

The presence of Transitions Optical at Mido 2006 will be characterized by two press conferences for the presentation of an international scientific document which deals with the impact of drugs on eye health, and a training project produced in collaboration with WCO - World Council of Optometry.

The former, 'Drug Taking and Vision Health - Clinical Review Paper', will be presented at 9am on May 5 in the Asia Hall (Balcony Pav. 15). The document written by internationally famous pharmacologist Dr Siret D. Jaanus, aims at raising the awareness of the media, sector professionals and consumers about a highly topical and socially important subject.

The second appointment, 'Healthy Sight Counseling - a Training Project for Schools of Optometry' organized together with WCO, will begin at midday on May 6 at the Transitions stand (Pav. 15/II - C58).
