Smith and Ivan Basso together again in 2006

Smith, the sports brand by the Safilo Group, has recently renewed its sponsorship of the Danish cycling team Csc, which includes Italy's Ivan Basso among its leading athletes.

After last season's brilliant success, which saw the cyclist end the Tour de France in second place and win some important legs in the Giro d'Italia, Smith is preparing for a new season with professional cycling's number one team.
