New sunglasses collection for Ermenegildo Zegna

For 2007, Ermenegildo Zegna presents a collection with a contemporary mood, where technical innovation coexists with the brand's own stylistic mark of classicism and elegance.

Two keywords describe this new collection by De Rigo: 'Italian style' and 'Innovation'.

'Italian style': starting with a formal, classical style to a more sophisticated, upper casual style, Gessato, Coast and Blazer collections are the perfect accessory to complete the sartorial elegance, synonymous with Ermenegildo Zegna.

'Innovation': the new Park, City Glam and Bridge lines are dedicated to those who choose a sports or fashion accessory to give their style a modern touch. Most of the innovative features concern the details (the engraved logo, the inside hinges…). Other innovative features include the sides and frontal made in one piece, a special frame alloy in metal and the logo visible beneath the frame (Park).

Materials: Besides classical acetate and metal, leather is back in new colors combined with mirrored lenses. The leather, with visible stitching, can be found both on the sides, and on the sweatband.

Colors: Besides classical black, tobacco and brown there are the new proposals in red, white and blue in line with the fashion collections, with a new rich color such as gold.

Shapes: A trendy return to narrow drop and Aviator shapes, the evolution of the traditional drop shape, whereas the more squared-off one, in Caravan style, is retro.

Lenses: High-quality polarized lenses, ideal for eliminating light reflection or silver and blue mirrored lenses.

Details: 'gessato', or chalk-striped, a true icon of the world of Zegna, is recreated on the acetate stems, with precious metallic details applied vertically.
The 'chevron' decoration, reminiscent of herringbone, is proposed on the ends, or on the large acetate stems.
The logos, which are always discrete, are engraved on the sides or on small applied plaques.
The integrated flex hinges offer maximum comfort.
The 'key bridge' is a 'vintage' feature re-proposed in a lighter, more wearable form.

Model combined with front piece in metal and small tubular acetate stems.
Exclusiveness and technology characterize the special acetate 'cover' that wraps around the front frame.
A small grisaille decoration can be found with the hinge, next to the EZ logo engraved on a small metal cube.
A wide range of colors: black with gray, brown lens, tobacco with brown lens, white with silver mirrored gray lens, red and blue with gray lens .

Large, round shaped mask model in acetate with a single lens.
A small metal bar serves as a double bridge and enhances a special front piece.
Available in new, modern colors: black with gray, brown lens, red with brown lens and white with gray lens .

City Glam Line Model SZ 3039 300

Fashionable aviator model with a modern shape.
The double bridge is enhanced by a 'cover', and grisaille can be found on the stems, besides the engraved Ermenegildo Zegna logo, typical of the clothing.

Park Line Model SZ 3527 9DF

Large, square-shaped, wraparound, acetate model.
The stems in acetate are important, enriched by a small, shiny metal bar with the hinge and a horizontal metal plaque, with the name Ermenegildo Zegna engraved.
A particular Chevron decoration can be found inside the stems.
Available in the following color variations: black inside, chevron weft stems and gray-green lenses; brown inside, chevron weft stems and brown lenses; Bordeaux inside, chevron weft stems and brown/black lenses or gray lenses.

Large, slightly square-shaped acetate model.
