Gérard Depardieu plays eyewear producer

Released in France December 7, 2005, 'Olé' is the new movie by director Florence Quentin starring Gérard Depardieu, Gad Elmaleh, Valéria Golino and Sabine Azéma.

The main character in this comedy is François Veber (Gérard Depardieu), a businessman who heads an eyewear producing company; he is volatile and ill-tempered with his employees and has an estranged hypochondriac wife. The only person he relates to is his chauffeur, whom he also uses to try out the new models he produces.

In various scenes in the movie, the actors wear models by Alain Mikli, who also supplied the furnishings for Depardieu's company.
