First Tom Ford monobrand to open in New York City
Next November Tom Ford will open his first store on Madison Avenue (67th), New York, a stone's throw from the Yves Saint Laurent and Sonia Rykiel showrooms.
According to reports in the New York Post, the stylist is ready to finalize negotiations for an area of around one thousand square meters in the same building Gianfranco Ferrè had his boutique on the most famous fashion street in the US.
A spokesperson from Robert K. Futterman & Associates, the real estate agency that handled the negotiations, said that the basement of Ford's new showroom will be used for the sunglasses collections (produced by Marcolin), while the first and second floors will host the upcoming men's collection and offices.
