Fedon confirms the positive trend in the third quarter 2006 (+ 2.3%)

For chairman Callisto Fedon 'the Company's general positive trend is the result of the significant production, information and organization investments, which have led to an improvement in the production capacity and service level. As regards glasses cases, the Company is always at the forefront thanks to its constant search for innovative lines, materials and colors to offer its Customers technologies, original ideas and solutions to 'dress' their glasses. This trend is confirmed by the success achieved at the recent Silmo in Paris'.

'Giorgio Fedon 1919', a young, dynamic brand, which is the Company's second 'soul', continues to grow rapidly (+ 57%), and has cut out an important niche for itself in a short time with luxury enthusiasts in the field of leather goods, writing instruments and personal accessories.

Distribution is carried out through the best shops in the sector and direct management flagship stores. After Milan, Vallesella di Cadore, at the Company's historic offices, and in Paris, on the extremely central Avenue de l'Opera, a new opening is planned shortly at the Rockefeller Center, in New York.

A strategy that is in line with the business plan being developed by the Group, which envisages an extensive presence of the brand on the main international markets. Indeed, significant investments in communication are being made aimed at enhancing the product values through the creative concept of 'The Working Class', with a new, dynamic and intriguing look, and consolidating the brand's position in the world of work, luxury and design.

The trend is positive for the order book, which is equal to 18.7 million, always at peak levels.
