Drew Barrymore testimonial for Missoni

Drew Barrymore is the protagonist of the Missoni advertising campaign shot against the superb backdrop of Ibiza by Anglo-Turkish duet Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot, the internationally-famous photographers who specialize in female portraits and are the authors of the Pirelli calendar 2006.

Drew became famous worldwide for her part in E.T. when she was a child and she is the symbol Missoni wanted for 2006 because, in a dreamy, strong and colorful atmosphere, her personality conveys the idea of a woman who is perfect because she is normal.

The campaign has a modern imprint, but with traces of the allure of a late-Seventies star. It will appear starting next Spring-Summer in selected fashion, lifestyle and sector publications throughout the world. In the photo, Drew is wearing glasses model MI548 produced by Allison.
