Continuous training with vouchers for employees and companies
Financed individual and corporate continuous training is used by the Veneto Region to enable all workers to create personalized training plans that suit their own needs. All employees will receive a contribution (voucher) that can cover up to 80% of the course attended.
With 2006 the Directive has included the possibility of requesting integral training vouchers that will cover the entire cost of training for workers with greater levels of professional hardship (mobility, layoffs, ordinary or extraordinary income, suspension from work as per art. 13 L80/2005). The criteria that determine the contributions aim at supporting the professional development of employees in difficult situations, in the middle/upper age group, with lower levels of education and who live in areas with fewer possibilities of employment.
The introduction of health vouchers for physically challenged workers is also a new significant measure. This will give them access to personal assistance services (tutoring, transport, etc.) required to benefit from training courses for the disabled. Some changes have also been made to the procedures for presenting the requests. These aim at avoiding commonly encountered problems, while a new outdoor formula has been introduced to training methods. This solution will assess training plans in situations outside the classroom, which are particularly effective for certain subjects.
Certottica, the official body for the implementation of continuous training courses with vouchers, has added various training proposals to its first edition catalog including Photoshop, Cimatron, Java, 2D and 3D design with Allplan.
Certottica is also available for companies and individuals, in the eyewear sector especially, which need to strengthen their training in specific areas in order to organize ad hoc training courses.
The subjects covered by the program also in this new Directive are Administration, Human Resources, Commercial, Cad-Cam and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) .
