"Regina Comparetto graduated with honours in Optics and Optometry from the University of Florence in 2017.
In 2018 he obtained his diploma in Optics at the Institute for Research and Studies in Optics and Optometry - IRSOO, Vinci (FI).
From 2018 to 2019 she is a trainee at the National Institute of Optics - CNR in Florence, working in the Vision LAB under the supervision of Professor Alessandro Farini with whom she establishes a collaboration with Professor John Barbur of the School of Health Sciences, Division of Optometry and Visual Sciences, City University of London.
From 2018 to 2021 she worked as an optometrist's assistant at an ophthalmic practice in Florence, from 2019 to 2021 she was first a fellow at the Careggi Hospital in Florence, then a fellow at the University of Florence, working in the cornea-anterior segment ophthalmology outpatient clinic at the CTO - Careggi Hospital in Florence.
Since 2020, he has been a member of the IRSOO teaching staff for Computer Science, Physics and Contactology courses.
Since 2022 he has been working in an ophthalmic practice in Empoli."
