Monia Dardi

Graduated from the University of Bologna in Political Science - Sociology. Master's degree in human rights and humanitarian intervention and Women's studies at IFU Hannover. In 2012 counsellor in supportive relationship. For more than 20 years she has been dealing with Diversity, Equity&Inclusion first for Fondazione Adecco Per le Pari Opportunità for work and international inclusion projects and then for MYLIA as Organizational DE&I consultant and Learning designer.
