Megan Molony is the Senior Vice-President, Chief Merchandising & Managed Care Officer at National Vision, Inc., the third largest optical retailer in the United States. At NVI, Megan plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company's merchandising, supply chain and managed care operations.
With 30+ years of experience in the optical industry across multiple functions, Megan's extensive experience and leadership have been instrumental in driving National Vision's strategic initiatives and enhancing its market presence. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Megan serves on the board of the Optical Women’s Association and the National Association of Vision Care Plans (NAVCP).
