Malika Azrine-Bouferquene

Malika Azrine-Bouferguene joined EssilorLuxottica in 2019 and is currently VP  Human Resources for  EssilorLuxottica’s Professional Solutions division across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and Asia regions. In this capacity, she is responsible for driving the HR strategy and initiatives fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and high performance. 
With over 20 years of experience in HR leadership, Malika previously served as Vice President of Human Resources for EMEA at Honeywell leading the Company  transformation into a software-driven industrial in the region. 
Malika holds a degree in Human Resources and Business Strategy from Paris Est University, France, blending business strategic insight with a deep commitment to people development
