Lapima creates limited edition inspired by Brazil’s Serra Do Mar landscapes
In Lapima’s latest eyewear and sunglasses collection, the creative director Gustavo Assis, imagines the beauty and rich colours of the Serra do Mar in Brazil, translating them into bold designs with a bright and vibrant style. The colour palette features the delicate tones of grey for models Garoa and Neblina as well as vibrant tones of the season such as ultra-violet and electric green. Gustavo Assis explains: “They symbolize the humid green of the forest, the grasses, and the purple tones that appear throughout the year in the form of flowers and trees…”
With its impressive palette of colours, Lapima’s collection offers seven sunglasses, four optical styles and two re-editions - Alex and Lisa Petit. The selection of styles includes Alex, Luca, Otto, Leo and Caetano, genderless designs with robust shapes and distinctive surfaces, with some traits from the 1970s.
