The Austrian eyewear brand ANDY WOLF has launched its new metal eyewear concept for the Autumn/Winter 2022/23 season. The collection includes five optical and two sunglasses with a lightweight construction - crafted by experienced hands in the brand's own manufacturing sites in Austria and France. The sun models are equipped with ZEISS sun lenses that offer 100% UVA and UVB protection.
With the new P22 collection, ANDY WOLF's Creative Team wanted to take their metal eyewear collection to a new level. According to the company, a distinct design language is simply inspired by the letters A and W - resulting in an a “compound shape of a semicircle and rectangle”.
The optical P22 collection consists of a feminine, oversized vintage frame 4786, which as a special feature has temples set at the bottom that swing upwards. Its masculine partner model 4787 is a slim, rectangular retro frame with angled corner details. The classic panto frames 4788 and 4789 and the round 4790 complete the optical P22 quintet.
P22 also sets fine, well-chosen colour accents for the coming season, according to the brand. The trendsetting tones Digital Lavender and Jade Green are highlights that freshen up otherwise classic choices like black, rose gold and taupe. Colour is used boldly in the sun models with a red-on-red version of the almond-shaped Yarrow and gaudy gradient lenses in the Aviator unisex frame Chervil.
