Briko's new multisport glasses at Mido

Innovations in the Performance Eyewear line for the 2006/07 season will be presented by Briko at Mido (Pav. 16/I - Stand B28): White Peak, glasses that are useful for all open-air sports enthusiasts, thanks to the special technical and stylistic characteristics that make them ideal for winter and summer sports.

White Peak glasses have been created for extreme sports. The frames in Grilamid, an ultra-light plastic material that is resistant and flexible and has an elastic memory, allow them to fit snugly on any face shape. The lenses are Thrama Summit (a Briko exclusive) and feature high anti-UVA and UVB screening and a base 7 curve.

Accurate, clean, precise, aggressive: the design is developed on the basis of the simulation of extreme vision angles, typical of competition sports. White Peak by Briko offers an unrivalled wide field of vision in any situation. Lens fogging is prevented by the use of Zygo technology (a Briko exclusive) to make a comfortable integrated sweatband, which is excellent from its purely technical point of view and unmatched for providing protection against impact.

The temples play a fundamental role in guaranteeing superior performance levels. Also made with the Zygo technology, they consist of a rigid body that makes them particularly solid, and a clever insert of soft material provides the right amount of pressure on any face type to enhance wearability and fit.

Moreover, thanks to the patented Microturn System (exclusive to Briko), the temples can be completely hidden when closed; the snap opening is blocked and micrometrically adjusted to guarantee fit and unbeatable comfort.

All details are taken into account by Briko: the Syncro Bridge has soft flaps which perfectly adapt to the shape of the nose to give exceptional comfort when perspiration is copious.

White Peak come in 4 color combinations to suit personal styles and tastes. Marit Bjorgen and Pietro Piller chose to wear Briko White Peak glasses during their competitions.
