Scopo dell'operazione è migliorare il presidio in Mainland China, ampliando e rafforzando lo sviluppo della distribuzione diretta dei prodotti Marcolin. Tale attività verrà gestita operativamente da GINLIN Optical Shanghai Ltd Co., società con sede a Shanghai controllata in modo paritario da Marcolin e Ginko Group.
