Di qui l'ultimo brevetto di misurazione di Transitions Optical, Life 360°, l'innovativo test per l'analisi della performance fotocromatica messo a punto specificatamente per misurare e perfezionare l'efficacia delle nuove lenti Transitions, che prende fedelmente in considerazione le condizioni, i luoghi e le situazioni reali di vita quotidiana. Condotti in oltre 7 paesi in due continenti, utilizzando manichini che hanno viaggiato per più di 70.000 km, i nuovi test sono stati realizzati in oltre 200 diverse situazioni reali di vita quotidiana rilevando più di mille misurazioni che tengono conto di variabili diverse quali temperatura, angolazione della luce, intensità dei raggi UV, posizione geografica e condizioni metereologiche. Grazie al suo nuovo brevetto di misurazione così elaborato, Transitions Optical ha dunque potuto sviluppare le lenti Signature che sono le prime lenti in grado di offrire una performance visiva ottimale nelle numerosissime condizioni di vita reale. Therefore, the performances of light-sensitive lenses are influenced by many factors. The traditional laboratory tests, which use UV and visible light artificially set in order to reproduce average real lighting conditions, are therefore unable to reflect the real experience of glass wearers. Hence, the new measuring patent by Transitions Optical, Life 360°, the innovative test for the analysis of light-sensitivity performance specifically designed to measure and perfect the effectiveness of the new Transitions lenses, which faithfully takes into account real daily life conditions, places and situations. Run in over 7 countries in two continents, using mannequins that traveled over 70,000 Km, the new tests were carried out in over 200 different real life situations detecting over a thousand measurements which take into account different variables such as temperature, lighting angle, UV ray intensity, geographical position and weather conditions.
