Presentata pochi giorni fa la collaborazione tra Italia Independent e 1 Caffè, la Onlus nata nel 2011 dall'impegno di Luca Argentero e di un gruppo di amici e volontari, con l'obbiettivo di supportare le piccole associazioni no-profit (1caffe.org). 1 Caffè Onlus identifica ogni giorno una piccola associazione no-profit italiana, alla quale, chi lo desidera, può donare un euro, il prezzo di un caffè.   Generalmente si tratta di piccole associazioni che non hanno voce sufficiente per raccontare al mondo della loro esistenza e che hanno bisogno di essere sostenute per portare avanti le loro piccole grandi battaglie. Si tratta di eroi poco conosciuti che fanno del bene, ogni giorno. Il periodo di "raccolta caffè" dura una sola giornata, per poter dare l'opportunità a molti progetti di essere promossi nell'arco dell'anno. Per chiunque desideri seguire direttamente uno o più progetti, sul sito 1caffe.org sono disponibili tutti i contatti delle associazioni sostenute.   "Siamo sempre stati convinti – dichiara Luca Argentero - che sia la forza delle idee a fare grande un progetto e la collaborazione con Italia Independent e l'impegno di Lapo a favore della nostra Onlus lo dimostrano. Siamo due squadre giovani, con tanta voglia di fare, e condividiamo valori importanti; da oggi ci unisce anche la solidarietà".   "Offrire 1 caffè è un gesto semplice e naturale, che facciamo ogni giorno. Sono felice di pensare che "il mio caffè" possa fare del bene a qualcuno. Mi dispiace peraltro che in Italia ci siano tantissime persone impegnate nel sociale che non hanno la visibilità che meritano. L'augurio è che il progetto con Luca e la sua Onlus possa essere un buon esempio per altri." ha dichiarato Lapo Elkann, fondatore di Italia Independent.   Due le iniziative realizzate in seno all'operazione. La prima prevede che, nel corso del mese di luglio, per ogni acquisto effettuato sulla propria piattaforma e-commerce, I-I verserà l'importo corrispondente al valore di un caffè, cioè un euro, in favore della Onlus.   La seconda ha visto nascere un'edizione limitata di occhiali, celebrativa della collaborazione. La "Unique Edition for 1 Caffè", creata sulla base del modello più rappresentativo per Italia Independent, lo 090, si distingue per il trattamento della superficie I-Touch, una colorazione blu intensa e lenti specchiate a contrasto. All'interno delle aste, da un lato il logo di 1 Caffè Onlus, accompagnato dalla riproduzione della firma di Luca Argentero; dall'altro, il logo di Italia Independent, seguito dalla firma di Lapo Elkann.   L'occhiale, realizzato in soli 50 esemplari, potrà essere acquistato durante l'evento che si terrà oggi, presso lo store Italia Independent di Torino, in Via Lagrange 31, oppure online, sul sito italiaindependent.com.   Il ricavato della vendita sarà interamente devoluto a 1 Caffè Onlus. My wish is that the project with Luca and his NPO could set a good example for others." said Lapo Elkann, founder of Italia Independent.   Two initiatives have been launched within the scope of the operation. The first one provides that, during the month of July, for each purchase made on its e-commerce platform, I-I will donate the amount corresponding to the value of one coffee, i.e. one euro, in favor of the NPO.   The second initiative saw the birth of a limited edition eyewear model, with the aim of celebrating the collaboration. The "Unique Edition for 1 Caffè", created on the basis of the most representative model for Italia Independent, namely the 090, stands out for the treatment of its I-Touch surface, an intense blue color and contrasting mirror lenses. Inside the temples, on one hand is the 1 Caffè Onlus logo, accompanied by a reproduction of Luca Argentero's signature; on the other, the Italia Independent logo, followed by Lapo Elkann's signature.   It will be possible to purchase the glasses (only 50 pieces were made) during the event that will be held today at Turin's Italia Independent store, in Via Lagrange 31, or online, on the website italiaindependent.com. The proceeds will be donated entirely to 1 Caffè Onlus.
