Siglato il 21 ottobre 2013 e reso subito effettivo, questo accordo ha portato alla creazione di una collaborazione strategica che faciliterà la vendita dei prodotti Adlens® : Hemisphere®, Emergensee™, The John Lennon™ Collection, e l'ultimo prodotto , Adlens® Adjustables™, basato come Emergensee™ sulla tecnologia Alvarez.
